Shipping & Returns aim at providing safe delivery of our goods and excellent services to our customers. We have our own mission, to ensure quick and efficient delivery service.


All information needed to succesfully complete an order will be presented to you during the ordering proccess. Once you have put all the products you want into your shoppingcart, you click on “Checkout”. And, after filling in the shipping information and such, it only takes a few clicks to complete your order.

Note. please contact us before you make your order if you require your goods urgent or have a specific deadline to meet because we can not help delays if we are very busy and the website only give estimated delivery times.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within the given deliver time scale depending on the product (as most of our products are made to order).
Orders are shipped via various courier services.

Shipping Costs

All shipping prices on the website vary depending on the product and the prices stated are to UK mainland only.

We will ship to the below destinations but you will have to contact us about the price:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • The Channel Islands
  • Scilly Isles
  • Scottish Highlands


Overseas Shipping

We do not offer shipping overseas as a standard service but we can obtain a quote from an independent shipping company and take payment to arrange collection on behalf of our customers (to speed the delivery process) but we accept no responsibility for any lost or damaged goods while being transported once the goods have left our premises.

We also do not accept any responsibility for shipping or customs charges for overseas orders.

If in the unlikely event your goods get lost or damaged (and signed for as damaged) in transportation we would then need to take further action with the courier/transport company to claim for lost or damaged items and we cannot guarantee that the goods would be fully insured so we could only act on behalf of our customer to claim the amount owed by the couriers (this could depend on the weight of the goods to determine the insured amount), any funds then paid from the shipping/courier company would be forwarded to our customer.

Mancbee do not insure any goods sent overseas so this is why we hold no reasonability and the customer is agreeing to order at their own risk.

By ordering from mancbee from overseas either by telephone/email or from our website you are agreeing to our terms and conditions stated on this page.

If you are not happy with any of the above statements we advise you not to order from mancbee. when ordering from overseas or to arrange collection of the goods yourself once the goods are complete and ready for collection.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items

We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders.

Packages shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a £5.00 non-refundable correction fee.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a £10.00 restocking fee.

Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package.

Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held “open” until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival.

Note. on made to order goods if you require the delivery for a specific deadling please speak to us before purchasing by telephone or email because the delivery time is just an estimate and could be different depending on our workload which can cause a delay in your product.

Proof Of Delivery

The person receiving the goods must sign ESCD as proof of delivery of the consignment. Any computerised record of the receivers signature that ESCD has obtained will be evidence of the delivery of the quantity of parcels within the consignment.

All goods must be checked upon delivery from our couriers and if the goods are damaged the item must be signed for as ‘damaged’ so we can then claim from our couriers otherwise the item is recieved in good condition.

Any damage or problems must be reported to us on the day of delivery.

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Returns and Warranty

1. Because most of  our products are custom made to order products or engraved to suit the customer we can not offer a standard return policy.
if you do not like / are not satisfied with an item after receiving it unless it is a product not manufactured by mancbee, you can return the item for an exchange or for store credit providing it is in a perfect and resalable condition. Product must be returned in the condition it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returned items or deduct a 10% restocking fee if they are not in a resalable condition when returned.


if any faults or damages occur upon delivery no refund will be offered but if signed for as damaged we can claim via our courier and have the product repaired or replaced.

Damaged items must also be reported on the DAY of delivery.

3. If you are returning non made to order goods to us because you have changed your mind within 14 days, you will receive a refund calculated from the cost of your goods (excluding the postage & packaging costs) less 5% (a minimum of 5 pounds) contributing to our costs directly associated with your purchase which include the credit card/bank transfer surcharge and the cost for restocking the goods. You will receive a refund from us within 10 working days.

4. Faulty products listed and purchased on our website not manufactured by us will need to be returned  (at your costs) to the correct manufactures address and we are not be held responsible for faulty good not manufactured by steelworkshop. in this case you would need to contact us for the correct returns address for the manufacturer of the product so they can either correct the fault or replace the goods (if still under the manufacturers warranty).

5. Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions if you send the goods back to us without pre-consent from us, the goods returned are not in their original condition, or you return a faulty product but no fault is detected after an examination by our engineer, we will send the returned goods back to you with a re-delivery charge and reserve the right to charge up to 15% of your purchase price to cover our administration cost, plus an examination fee where applicable.


Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning and sending the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or the return is due to a fault within 14 days.

PLEASE NOTE: all the above excludes made to order products manufactured by….we do not offer a refund if any damage by courier or faults occur but if signed for as damaged upon delivery we will claim via the courer and repair or replace your made to order product. problems or damages must be reported on the day of delivery.
